Compatibility Help – We’ve Got You!

If your application, device, or server does not support the required encryption protocols (like TLS v1.2) or SMTP standards — don’t worry.

At an extra nominal cost, we provide an intermediate Mail Transfer Agent (MTA) which acts as a secure relay:

  • It accepts emails from your legacy system
  • Converts and relay them using ZatpatMail’s secure SMTP settings
  • Ensures compliance and delivery without you needing to change your source app

To request access to the relay server, contact our sales/support team.
